The Social & Emotional Wellbeing Programme is designed and tailored to support all Pacific Island workers and work alongside Australian Employers to develop trusted partnerships and foster ongoing professional relationships, to enhance economic growth within Australia's work force.

This programme is delivered on a Monthly basis over a minimum period of 6 months.  However, the frequency of visits will essentially be dependent on the individual needs of the Client.

Programme Description:

 

​SHORT STORY IS: "WE DON’T LEAVE YOU......."

Our S.E.W Programme commences one month after Handover from our Foundation on Arrival Programme or in other cases where workers are already placed, 1 month after first initial onsite consultation visit.

On each contracted visit, we commit to a 2-3 day interactive Pillar Programme spent with workers on site.

Our goal for the Social, Emotional and Wellbeing Programme is:

The Worker:

1. Improve worker moral

2. Maintain worker retention

3. Improve worker behavioral patterns inside and outside of work

4. Encourage worker communication

5. Assist with worker emotional and mental wellbeing

6. Encourage community involvement

7. Decrease / Minimize Absenteeism

8. Support cross cultural interaction
